The most important factor when it comes to choosing your advisor is your level of comfort. Interviewing each pro will give you a gut feeling about them and an initial impression. You will also be able to determine whether or not your personalities “click.” Don’t dismiss those feelings because that is a great foundation for building a connection with the pro you like the most!
We encourage you to ask them about their investing philosophy, how they get paid, and how often they communicate with their clients. If something doesn’t feel right or you're still unsure, continue interviewing other SmartVestor Pros.
